Staying at Adobe Rose is one of our must-do’s whenever we come to Tucson. Jim and Marion obviously relish their role as hosts, and we know that incredible conversations over amazing breakfasts are sure to happen. They are located in an historic neighborhood adjoining the University of Arizona that is itself worth a good look. More

This is an annual vacation for me and my husband, Whitney. I cannot think of a better way to bring in the new year than a week at the Adobe Rose Inn. The breakfasts and first class. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The innkeepers, Jim and Marion Hook are very knowledgeble about the local attractions and... More

We decided to have Christmas in Tucson and chose the Adobe Rose; we wanted to experience Southwest at it's best. Our room was wonderful, the food superb and our hosts were very happy to accommodate my special dietary needs. We would highly recommend the Adobe Rose and in fact plan to return next Christmas! The Adobe Rose Inn is not just a charming Bed & Breakfast, but also a great venue to host a party for up to 40 people. We recently held our wedding reception here and it was the perfect place to accommodate our little group. We also rented the entire Inn for the family to spend the night and the next... More

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at this warm and inviting B&B over Christmas. We had lovely, unique surroundings, very tasty, specially prepared breakfasts, and engaging hosts. We stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas day in a room with a fireplace. Our hosts even cheerfully accomodated our last minute request for a third person on the second night.... More

We were back in Tucson at the Adobe Rose Inn. This time we stayed in the Atanacia room with its stained glass window and fireplace. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I had some work, but the wi-fi connection was great. The neighborhood is great for walks and the University is two blocks away.... More

I found the Adobe Rose and from the descriptions and reviews online it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. It's a great place and Jim and Marion are superb hosts. We only stayed one night but wish we could... More

Located in the university area, the Adobe Rose B&B is in a prime location to visit and explore Tucson. Staying at the Adobe Rose for me is returning to my old neighborhood, now called the Sam Hughes neighborhood named after my elementary school. I have stayed at the Adobe Rose three times and in a different room each time. Each... More

We stayed here for one night while exploring the University area. This property is within walking distance to the university and close to some good restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful room with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. The hosts, Jim and Marion were great...warm, thoughtful and interesting. The breakfast was totally delicious and scones outstanding. Anyone who... More
