This was our third year at Dripping Springs and every year Janie, Oliver, and John have made the expericence more incredible. The B&B rooms are perfect. You can sit in your private hot tub and listen to the river flowing or lie in bed and watch TV (new flat screens added this year). The country style breakfast prepared each morning... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night in the "Canopy" room on an anniversary getaway to Colorado. Overall, we had a nice stay but it wasn't really spectacular. ROOM: Our room was cozy, just as described. We had a queen bed (it seemed smaller than our queen at home?), electric tea kettle, mini fridge, TV, dresser, and closet.... More

Thank you for your response, we always respond to our guests concerns, hopefully we could have made your stay nicer, but there is not much we can do about the size of the bathroom. Of course there is an outlet in the bathroom on the light above the sink, but you may have overlooked that, so sorry, older buildings like... More

we have visited four different times and never had such a bad experience. the bathroom and kitchen floors were filthy. cobwebs were everywhere when we first arrived. the freezer had old dried food in it and the ice trays had bits of food frozen in them. when we were fly fishing near our cabin on the river, there was a... Obviously this review has cut us deeply, we feel the main concern of this repeat guest was that we had raised our rates, because of all the updates we have done and the cost of business has increased, and that someone else was also fishing the river. We do not charge for fishing.Fishing is a privledge we extend our guests... More

Only 1 1/2 miles from Estes Park; no road noise heard--only the breeze in the trees and the Big Thompson river flowing by. Janie, Oliver, and John were so welcoming and warm. Breakfast with 12-14 other guests was fabulous and so interesting to hear the others share their vacation activities. We only live an hour away, but plan to spend... More

One of three brochures we had picked up at the Visitor center for a place to stay the night. We made the right choice for a beautiful, quite cabin just a few miles outside of Estes Park. The room was beautifully done and my wife just loved the little details. The private hot tub on our deck that looked out... More

We just stayed at Dripping Springs Inn, and our stay was fantastic. The grounds are beautiful, the room was nice, and most of all, the service we received was superb. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and were happy. They genuinely care about their guests, and it shows. The breakfast was delicious,... More

Dripping Springs is a very nice place for a get away. It is so peaceful. Being located in the Rockies makes it perfect. This is a great place for a romantic anniversary vacation or a wonderful place for the whole family.

We have stayed at the Dripping Springs Resort 2 times in the last 5 years and have always had a great experience. For us it is a place to go to completely relax. The Breakfasts served with the b & b is excellent, wonderful friendly staff. I would recommend many times over if you are looking for a quiet getaway!

This is the greatest B&B I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The owners are very kind and welcoming people. You feel like you are with family here. The breakfast is one of a kind. Everything was so delicious. From the homemade oatmeal to the apple cranberry pancakes to the fresh fruit dishes; there is something on the table... More

My husband and I were there last week on our honeymoon!! I couldn't have asked for a more peaceful place to stay. We were even able to bring our dog! Janie, Oliver, and John were all so helpful and polite. It was like being around people we've known forever! The cabins are very nice and cozy! The river behind was... More
