One of the best B&B's we've ever experienced. It is in a quiet residential area outside Estes park. Paul and Lynn are wonderful hosts. The accomodations are comfortable and, in our case (the Bear's Den), private. Paul prepares a delicious breakfast served on the deck with a view of the mountains.
