My husband and I came upon the Inn by accident and we've been back several times. The people that work there are so nice and informative. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Estes Park! I would recommend it to anyone!

Cabin/unit # 16, 2 bdrm, 1 bath Friendly & informative owners & staff
A cozy, clean, well-equipped cabin on the south side of river-away from hwy noise. While the
outside is very plain and in need of a bit of painting & minor repairs, the inside has the
warm feeling of an old style mountain cabin with a wood-burning fireplace...

My wife and I stayed at the Inn of Fall River for three days in September 2011. The hotel is good (no AC so watch for summer). The people are absolutely amazing - the best. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed in a cabin with the river running beside it. We sat on the porch and watched the river and fed the chipmunks. Very relaxing and good locaiton to National Park and other activities. The people who own it are extra friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there if I am in the area again.

We stayed in cabin 16 for seven nights and really enjoyed our stay. It was just great to sleep at night and hear the rushing water along side our cabin. My son is a Park Ranger at Rocky Mountain State Park and the Inn is only three miles from the Park. The cabin had a gas and charcoal grills so...

The inn is conveniently located close to the main entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park. It is very quiet except for the Fall River which is about 25 feet from the back of each room; that is the kind of noise that puts you to sleep. Our room had two queen size beds. Amenities included a refrigerator, a micro...

Paula and Mark were so warm and engaging, that we immediately felt at home. Our room was comfortable and spotless. The warmth of the fireplace was an added feature that was very much enjoyed, once we returned to our room, after a busy and full day. The soft sound of the Fall River was a wonderful way to go off...

After visiting the Canadian Rockies a few years go, my wife and I decided to visit The American Rockies. After my wife did her homework, she decided that we should stay at The Inn on Fall River in Estes Park. Owners Mark and "Painting Paula" were warm, welcoming and very helpful. There's nothing like local knowledge. Nice rooms with balconies...

We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend and we loved it! It was the perfect time of the year (6/1/11-6/5/11) with perfect weather and not too busy. We stayed in room 12 (cabin-like room with the river literally off our back patio) and it had a completely new and updated bathroom!! There is a queen-sized bed, a fridge,...

This place is perfect. We stayed in the treehouse (15A) for Christmas. The unit was huge. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing. The place was very quiet, it felt like our own getaway.
A couple of things we wished were different: The kitchen supplies (pots, pans, knives, etc) were very limited and low quality .Next time we will bring much of...
