We enjoyed staying here. The staff was excellent and answered our many questions about the area. We had easy access into Rocky Mountain National Park, and the rooms were clean and priced reasonably for Estes Park. We stayed at the Apline Trail Ridge Inn for three nights in July. We were primarily interested in hiking in RMNP and the Inn is less than a 10 minute drive from the entrance. The Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is an older, but well-maintained motel which is almost in the Rocky Mountain National Park. Our room was clean and efficient. There's a nice family restaurant right next door. The folks at the desk were very helpful ... and very knowledgeable about the area. more

The Inn is nothing fancy but it's quaint, clean and the management knows how to make their guests happy! The restaurant next door, The Sundeck, had some of the best homecooking ever to come out of a restaurant and motel guests get 10% off of their bill! more

We were a bit worried about the noise from the busy road to the Park but once we opened the A/C we heard nothing and at night it was totally quiet.
