We are still staying this morning in the Aspen cabin which is one of a series of cabins on the river. It is a well appointed cabin at a very reasonable prices ( $ 130.00 ). There were elk about 30 yards away last night hanging out and grazing. The people at the front desk yesterday were very helpful in... More

We were originally going to stay at the Tiny Town Cabins but were told the water heater broke & were upgraded to the "Trout House". We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! This 2 bedroom cabin had it all - great views, great location, fully loaded kitchen, and our own hot tub! We had a great time & were very... More

We found this property online and from our very first communication with the office they were very accommodating and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. We had a serious issue come up with the room the first night, but the next day management moved us, made sure we were happy, and refunded that first night's cost (we stayed a... More

I brought my 12 year old daughter to Colorado for the first time during the beginning of June. We could have not made a better choice of where to stay. The staff at the Trout Haven Ranch are wonderful. Very nice and extremly helpful. We loved waking up every morning and seeing the trout pond and Long's Peak. It was... More

We stayed at the Brook Trout Suite next to Lodge Cabin and it was Wonderful! Beautiful two-bedroom cabin that has been totally remodeled. Full size kitchen with all utensils you can need, very clean. Bedrooms were clean and nice size. The floors are all hardwood and tile. The view from balcony is perfect, you can see and hear the nearby... More

We did not stay here, we used the trout pond. They provide all the equipment and bait and only pay if you catch fish ($.95 per inch). Our 6 and 3 year old were able to cast and and had fun. They even clean the fish for you. Not a fishing destination for a sportsman, but great for kids.

I stayed three nights in a Beaver Brook studio condo and loved it! The studio was large, spotless and very comfortable. Awesome king bed with nice linens. The small private balcony overlooked a stream and had a gorgeous view of Longs Peak. There was a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Unit #12 is the only condo... More

We have stayed at Tiny Town for over 30 years. For most of that time it was owned by a family. Due to a death in the family, the cottages were bought by Trout Haven Ranch which is located adjacent to Tiny Town. This trip was the first time we stayed at Tiny Town since the change of ownership. It... More

I do want to apologize for the discomfort you had when you stayed at Tiny Town Cabins in 2009. The business has now been purchased and is under new management. We have upgraded, redecorated, and refurnished most the cabins. We are now open for winter rentals having put in a new water line and insulated some of the cabins. I... More

The cabins at Trout Haven are adequate. The carpet is old. The bedding is dingy. The bathroom is slightly mildewed. The kitchen is outdated. Although there is a small stream in the back, there is a trailer park on the other side, which diminishes the view into the mountains. It's the kind of place where you're a little concerned about... I would like to personally invite you to return to Tiny Town Cabins. We are now under new ownership and management and are in the process of upgrading the cabins. Many now have all the old carpet removed and have the original oak floors refinished. Many are also insulated and we are open for the winter business. I realize that... More
