You have to pay to park, or park on the side streets and rick getting hit by traffic. Then the parking lot hold maybe 30 cars max! Getting out, you have to weave all over the place. And who has a coffee pot with only sugar and no cream! No umbrellas by the pool, and this is New Mexico!

This was a FABULOUS experience. Normally I stay at Hyatt's, Marriott's and Ritz Carlton's. Now I'm sold on the DoubleTree Albuquerque!! The staff were AMAZING. From Tiana who shuttled me in from the airport (the Hyatt doesn't have this service....what a GREAT value....this saved me at least $35 round trip!) to Stacy at the front desk with her friendly smile... The good: I liked the downtown location, view of the mountains, polite staff, tea and coffee in room, warm cookie on check-in, clean room, staff very responsive when I complained about the bad radio and the noisy a/c. The bad: Must pay for parking. Getting out of parking area was a pain. On Monday, the number we were given on... More

Wow- When I booked this room, I thought based on reviews that it would be a nice place to stay. Do not be fooled! This hotel is NOT worth the money--even if you book a room for a $100 a night, I would've had a cleaner room at a Motel 6. I expect so much more from a Doubletree. This... More

Our weekend stay was very nice. The pool and fitness center were very clean, the restaurant was very nice and the hotel staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend any family to stay at the Doubletree. The hotel location is easy access to the freeway, zoo, and downtown restaurants.

IF you ever have to attend a convention in the Albuquerque Convention Center...STAY AT THE DOUBLETREE...I highly recommend it. I don't drive and I got shuttled to and from the airport, the convention center is connected to the hotel and downtown Albuquerque is easy walking distance.

Selected this hotel because it was downtown ABQ. This is the second time I have stayed at this property this month. There are a few restaurants within a few blocks. However, the hotel food caught me by surprise that it was so good. The chef is a hidden gem. The staff and bar staff were very friendly. The rooms are... More

Hip and trendy hotel. Staff is very friendly and and helpful. Clean nice rooms. There is a bar and a Starbucks in the lobby . It's located in downtown Albuquerque so you can defiantly hear the street noise but it wasn't to bad. Also when you arrive the have warm Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies for you and encourage you to... The staff that I came in contact with were all very polite and helpful, I was not satisfied in any way with the cleanliness of the room. The bed just looked like someone just came in the room and threw it together, the bathroom was cleaned poorly. I tried adjusting the temp in the room but no matter how much... More
