This hotel is very convenient to the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. They are currently preparing for a renovation and Sheraton rebranding based on signage in the lobby. I recently stayed in this hotel for a visit to UNM, and the airport was very convenient to an off-campus center location. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful; when I had a problem with the bill they took care of it right away. This Sheraton renovation carries 3 stars, but we got it on Priceline for $53. What a bargain! The rooms have been re-done. Very close to airport, which is its main asset. The hotel is showing its age and is in need of updating. The public areas and rooms are a bit shabby. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby. Free wireless internet. I would probably look for a more modern alternative before staying at this hotel again. more
