Bath tub filthy, bed covering had cigarette burns on it. TV had not been updated, just an HD box attached to get signals. TV had very poor reception. more

Having stayed here a few other times, and enjoyed the pool, we were quite disappointed this time. The pool area was not clean and the hot tub surfaces were BROWN. I told the kids to stay out of it. The pool itself needs a major over haul, the whole bottom surface was peeling off. The hot tub did not bubble... more

This hotel is a good value if you need a clean place to sleep. Rooms are clean enough though worn in places, but at the rate offered it is a good value. I was prepared to write a positive review. However, without my permission, the hotel added a $1.50 per day fee for a safe. Unfortunately I did not notice... more

The room was fairly recently redecorated, except that the tub looked very worn, with a chip or two. The main problem with the room was the thin walls. I left the TV or radio on for static to drown out noise for a few hours each night. Other hotels have quiet policies - they may want to consider this option.... more

I travel to Albuquerque, NM often on business and have stayed at many different hotels. My last trip brought me to the Comfort Inn Airport. After an awful flight I was in no mood for a check in problem so I was very relieved when I was greeted by a friendly face and voice welcoming me to town. I wish... more

I received this hotel via Priceline as I had an early flight and wanted to be near the airport. There is a free shuttle service, but I did not use it. When I arrived to check in, I thought at first the hotel was going to be substandard. The clerk was very unfriendly with a sarcastic greeting of "How can... more

After my previous stay (June 2007), I gave a rather unfalttering review of this motel primarily because of the noise and room condition. This most recent trip was much better, however. On this trip (two diferrent nights) I ask for and was given third floor roms which mere both much cleaner with newer appearing beading and a clean bathrooms. Being... more

I echo previous remarks about the housekeeping. Bathroom area needed a good scrubbing. There was a spot of unknown origion on the comforter. Other than that, the room was large and comfortable. Be advised that this is an old motor inn with exterior entrances to the room and the staircases are not that well placed in regard to the parking. more

This is an older run down property. The room was just not as clean as you would expect from a Comfort Inn. The bathroom needed cleaning. Bedding needs replacing, the carpets were worn, and the bathtub and bathroom in general was very tired, dirty, and worn. Staff was not very friendly, they force everyone to buy unwanted and unneeded room... more

Stayed here while passing through Albuquerque on my way from CA to Arkansas...had a travel magazine coupon for $38 plus tax for the night. Wasn't even worth that. I'd have to say it was one of the lesser Comfort Inn properties I'd stayed at. Bedding was ok but needs replacing, the carpets were worn in spots, and the bathtub and... more

Management response from
Tami Scott, Manager

It was an extremely unfortunate experience that this guest experienced and we are very sorry for the encounter with the local police department. We try to have a good working relationship with our local police to promote safety at our hotel and while we do not want any of our guests to be put through this experience we are grateful...
