Very friendly and professional staff. Received a room upgrade because of Priority Club status. The room was very clean. Pool area with sauna was great. We liked our stay so much we extended by an extra night. Location very convenient to ABQ airport.

I have a suite, it's as big as my living room, and larger than that. It has a couch, comfortable chair, pretty good lighting, large desk, refrigerator, microwave, extra sink. The bathroom has a tub with a jacuzzi, a large sink and vanity area....

The hotel is relatively new, I would guess max a few years. It is well kept, clean and the room is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is nice and professional. A good return for that kind of money.

Check-in was great, I am a PC Plat member and they had me upgraded to a two room suite automatically, free drink coupon, bottle water, and bag of chex mix. The hotel is older, however, fully renovated with clean floors, flat screen TVs and nice counter tops.

Nice hotel, but Holiday Inn would not honor its best price guarantee. I found a price on Expedia that was $20 cheaper within 10 minutes of booking reservation on Holiday website. However, they refused to honor their guarantee.
