“Good Hotel, a home away from home.”

Pros: Clean, comfortable beds, good value Cons: I was in a non-smoking room, yet I could occasionally smell cigarette smoke in the room. “Great Stay at Hilton Garden Inn”

Rooms are clean and well-attended. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile. We had problems with guest noise in the room next to us. Front desk staff was willing to help with this. Really enjoyed having the refrigerator/microwave and private bathroom.

Reserved a room for a staycation with niece and nephew. Was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Front desk clerk, Briezy, was the best I've ever seen. So sweet and polite. “Will not stay again”

The pool did not work and the breakfast was not a complimentary breakfast. For a family with children I would not suggest this hotel nor will I ever stay again. It was at a good location however there were many hotels in the area.

Stayed at this hotel for just one night while visiting my daughters and grandkids. The price was very good for a one night stay and the service was excellent. “i enjoyed my stay”

When I arrived the hotel was busy. I had a reservation and the service was great. I was in my room in about 5 minutes after I walked in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is excellent.

“Very clean and comfortable”

Great lobby where my family could gather. Three separate seating areas allowed lots of room for other guests. Cracker Barrel right next door and Denny's across the street. Easy freeway access. Very clean and comfortable!

“Great location!”

Hotel is just off I-25 North in Albuquerque and next to the only Cracker Barrel in the city. Also just a few miles south of the Sandia Casino and Hotel resort and 15 min from Airport. Very comfortable, secure and great staff!

“Reservation”

Hotel staff was extremely inflexible when a co-worker reserved the wrong Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel staff would not transfer his reservation (which was paid for by HHonors points) to the right hotel. I thought they should have treated a HHonors member better than they did
