We went to ABQ this past December for my sister-in-laws graduation. Albuquerque is such an easy city to get around in so I knew that this hotel would be perfect since it's right off of I25 freeway. The hotel is in a great area. Lots of restaurants around to choose from and even walk to. It's a short, ten minute... More

Was a wonderful place to stay to see the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta! Location was excellent, they put out mini breakfasts at 4:30am, so you can get the Fiesta early. Take the shuttle service that leaves from a few blocks away and don't take your car! Service and staff were outstanding and very helpful. Suites were well furnished and had everything... More

Very nice stay. Room was in good condition (other than the phone not working). Suite is very spacious. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all, but Residence Inn provided a foam topper for the second night, and that helped a lot. Pool and spa were very clean, but note that these are outdoors, so swimming after September or before June... More

Thank you, we are glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Most guests will agree that the library is a nice touch. The pool is seasonal but so refreshing during the warmer months. Our breakfast is a favorite and we consistently have great remarks about it at the front desk. The Sierra Mist is next to the Lemon Gatorade; perhaps that... More

Nice stop on our New Mexico vacation. Room had more than we needed with the kitchen (full-size refrigerator, microwave with popcorn, sink, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, small table w/2 chairs), Lots of lights and electrical outlets, no safe. Only thing we didn't prefer was that the bathroom sink area was outside the shower/toilet room. Good free breakfast selection of food... More

On this trip we stayed at five hotels in New Mexico and this was the nicest one in terms of service and quality. When I needed toothpaste and deodorant the hotel provided it free of charge. Check In- I was greeted warmly by two elderly gentlemen while checking in. They asked my room preference, thanked me for being a rewards... More

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Albuquerque North for six days while relocating from California. Let me first say, the front desk staff is excellent. I had intended to stay overnight on my way from California to New Mexico but forgot it was memorial day weekend and ever hotel we stopped at was booked. I ended up arriving two... More

This hotel was the starting place for our family trip to New Mexico. We stayed for four days with our 18-year old son, and the two bedroom suite (each bedroom with its own bathroom) was perfect for us. We requested a feather-free room they day before arriving, and the front desk person who greeted us assured us that he had... More

We stayed here over the 2011 Memorial Day Weekend. Picked this hotel ue to recommendations from Trip-Advisor and secondary by location. Very close to many restaurants, that are within a short walking distance. Loved the room, decor and overall condition of this property. Small pool with a jacuzzi, adjacent to a basketball court. Friendly staff. Only things we didn't "like"... More

This Residence Inn exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully appointed in the rooms as well as the common areas. It was conveniently located near Hwy 25 to see any of the sights in Albuquerque. The breakfast was terrific. The pool was nice. We stayed in a king studio which was lovely. It had a fully equipped kitchen. More

This hotel is nice... but that is not what made my stay. The staff is AWESOME. They treated very nice. A hotel can be brand new or 20 years old, but it is the staff that makes the hotel great. Not sure if I will be back in Albuquereque... but if I am I will stay at this hotel. More
