really nice property. staff helpful, suites well equiped. approx 10 miles to balloon fiesta grounds. HOWEVER THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TRAVEL AGENCIES, EXPEDIA, OBTITZ. ETc. We made reservations thru expedia and even got a confirmation #, however upon arrival they knew nothing about us. Thankfully, they were very helpful in finding us accomodations.
