Stayed here when we came to visit our new Grandson. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff reflected the managers style of customer service first with a smile. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. No grumps anytime in the 4 nights we stayed even in the face of TV issues which took 4 days for the company to find... More

As other reviews have noted, the customer service by both the front desk staff and cleaning staff is fantastic (thank you, Jennifer!!). We were given welcome sodas (because of Priority Club status), upgradeson both visits, and Jennifer even printed out directions for us to the Petroglyphs (worth a visit if you have time) without our having to request them. Both... More

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. I agree with you on 4th floor with the view - I like the top floor too! I could look at those mountains all day! Jennifer is an asset to our team. She puts her heart into all... More

The hotel itself is nothing more than average -- I think it's probably an old building. Our group had issues with smoky rooms (on a fully non-smoking property) and the heating system (pumping AC when it was set on heat in mid-winter). The bathrooms look aged and the walls are cracked in spots. But it's clean enough and comfortable enough.... More

Thank you for taking a few moments to rate us! We just celebrated our 3rd Birthday in January. I would like to apologize on behalf of the hotel on the room conditions. If you could provide us with the room # we will be happy to look into the Heating/AC unit, as well as the cracks to ensure that another... More

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool whilst not big was adequate. Breakfast was as expected in a Holiday Inn very good. I'd recommend this hotel More

This hotel is 3 years old and still feels new. The furnishings have very clean lines and upscale. You didn't hear any street noise from I-40. The suites only have an arch between the sleeping and seating area but are very spaciousness. Very comfortable beds and linens. The odd thing was the bathroom door when open blocked the entry door... Was traveling across country and had planned to stop over here. The facility was easy to get to. Yes the interstate is near and there is a busy interchange nearby but it certainly did not hamper the experience in either noise nor navigation. The facility itself appears new and clean. The ambiance is a fresh-looking, corporate-southwest. The front desk were... More

DH and I stayed here in September for 1 night. We flew in and just needed a place to sleep before continuing on our New Mexico journey. We were very impressed with, well, pretty much everything! Ronak upgraded us to a suite (it was our 30th anniversary trip, thanks Ronak!). He recommended a great place to eat (Church Street Cafe--it... More

The hotel is literally just on the "right side of the tracks, just north of I-40 on 12th Street. NOTE: There is no "12th St." exit from I-40 West. Take the "Frontage Rd. Local Traffic for 6th-12th" exit. Old Town is about 8-10 blocks away through an extremely modest residential/light industrial area but the hotel is literally across the street... More

Great place for the money! Comfortable beds, great breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff. My only complaint is the pool. It was dirty and no one cleaned it for the entire weekend. No swimming for the kids! More

We encountered a problem the first night of our stay. The staff at the front desk (Jennifer) was very helpful and resolved the problem immediately to insure the rest of our stay met our expectations. All the front desk personnel were very friendly and suggested excellent restaurants where the "locals" go to eat. The were very good providing maps to... More
