Location of the hotel is great for a family that wants to spend time on the beach. The overall condition of the hotel is good, but I was expecting something little bit better.

CrampedThe Rooms Were Nasty. IF You Get A Room With 2 Double Beds, Expect To Have No Room To Move, Very Cramped. The Only Good Part Was The Beach Was Right There.When We Come Back Next Year We Will Definitely Find Something Better. The Pool Was So Fridge I Think The Ocean Was Warmer To Swim in.

Location was perfect. Had several issues with the room key not working but staff was able to give us a manual key versus the card-key..

To start, no coffee maker. Wabbly,repainted noisy refrigerator,hammering and pounding noise late and early. We stayed there once before with much better results. I realize BUDGET means BUDGET, but we've had much better service, accommodations and breakfast in other BUDGET hotel/motels around the state.
