Stayed here for a conference. It is the only reason to stay here. It is just outside DC but makes town nearly inaccessible during the evenings. This place is certainly beautiful, the atrium anyway. It is huge and great for conferences but really it is so overpriced for everything and the daily room rate is not worth the money for sure. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional. The resort is enormous but the staff makes you feel very much at home. The restaurants and bars were fun and delicious too! The National Harbor area is beautiful and easy to navigate.

OK, this is a huge hotel! Needs a good manager. Our first day no one made up the room. Got back at 10 pm and was too tired to get room serviced. Luckily had some clean towels left.
