Poor customer service, experienced many problems with handicap accessibilty of the room & entire location. Manager was not available in person, only via phone & stated we could "take it (the room) or leave it." Not willing to resolve the issue and was very rude. Not enough linens for all guests and the bed sheet had blood on it. More
