After staying in a Best Western in West Yellowstone we thought we would give this place a try for our overnight before flying home. Stayed for one night in August. The entrance lobby is so small that if 4/5 people come, it will get crowded. The hallways are too dark even in the day time. I think they are trying to save power. Our room, the exhaust fan in the bathroom made terrible noise. When I told the owner about it, he started arguing... more
Just needed a stop for the night. Fair price for an avarage hotel. Descent food at the restaturant but not a whole lot more then that. Not a memorable stay really. more
I wish I knew about trip advisor before booking a room at this hotel. Even with some reviews over a year before my stay, some of the same problems persisted... Other issues were simply unacceptable. The Airport Inn is a good value staging post at the beginning or end of your trip. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and there was a good continental breakfast. more
The manager of this property Mr. Jimmy Ghotra was the worst-behaved hotel manager I have ever encountered in my life. He was extremely rude and hostile throughout my interaction with him, and plainly refused to even hear my requests/instructions. There is a gas statoin in front of it ... very useful. Not too bad ... but be sure to have a car. Very close to the airport. more
I am a loyal follower of TripAdvisor reviews. But somehow after a long drive it slipped my mind to consult.
