I stayed here for a night in June. Hotel has great amenities but we where too tired to try them. No free breakfast in the morning, but the restaurant offered cooked-to-order eggs for a reasonnable (!) cost. I'd stay there again anytime. more

Pricelined the downtown area of the city and this hotel came up for an excellent rate! This Marriot hotel is older but is very clean and well maintained. Hard to imagine this is a Courtyard by Marriott. I was quite old and could have passed for a Ramada. The neighborhood was questionable. The included hot breakfast was a poor, and don't try to order an omelette from the cook, it's not included. My reservation was for three, but for my son's poor breakfast it cost an extra $8.00.... more

Got an $88/night rate, including breakfast for two, and it was an amazing deal in downtown SLC! Our favorite downtown hotel was booked solid, so we settled for the Courtyard, which did offer a good price with a AAA discount. There is free parking, which is a very nice perk as you are able to walk just a couple of blocks to excellent restaurants. The room itself wasn't well sound-proofed. Stayed here for 4 nights May 13-16. Room was very clean and everything looked new. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Location is walking distance to most everything downtown. The front desk staff, restaurant staff, and shuttle drivers were all very friendly. In fact, everyone in Salt Lake seems to be friendly. I would stay here again. more
