I have been coming to the Port Angeles Red Lion & Conference Center for several years. It is an annual trip for me and I have the tradition of staying in the same room every year. Some things I noticed on this trip that were different from last year: 1. The food has markedly improved. It was good before and... More

The staff here are the best! From the bottom to the top, they are friendly, courteous and helpful. The outside of the buildings might be a little dated but the rooms that I have stayed in were updated and clean. The view rooms are amazing, the town is quaint, the location is fantastic. The price was very reasonable and I... More

We chose this hotel because we were taking the ferry to Victoria the next day. The hotel is around the corner from Black Ball Ferries. The hotel looks more like an old style motel, with rooms overlooking the parking lot on one side and either some trees on the other side or the waterfront (our room) For a room with... More

I was really impressed by this hotel. I was on a 4 day coast-to-coast business trip in the USA and rather jet-lagged and travel weary. The welcome received throughout this hotel (reception to restaurant) was genuine and the staff really wanted to help and make my stay as pleasant as possible. The food quality was very good. I will definitely... More

This was my first visit to Port Angeles and I chose this hotel after doing a lot of research on the internet. This hotel was clean and very quiet (even when booked solid for the night). The staff were friendly and accommodating. I chose the second floor and stayed in the units along the hill near the pool. I think... More

The hotel is always clean, the staff are VERY friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is dog friendly!! :) Rooms are large, with fridge & micro, large TV, nice contemporary decor and furniture. There is a beautiful walking path in front of the hotel on the water's edge,... More

"Awesome Customer Service" - Office staff repeatedly went above and beyond to make my stay an exceptional and pleasureable one. House staff are impecable; whatever you need is done. Service staff are friendly and helpful; like neighbors. Water view is excellent. All staff are courteous. It is evident that this is a direct result of management. The team is a... More

First off, just haul your luggage up the stairs so you don't have to listen to the creaking boards as people walk in the room above you. The location is on the water, very nice. Great trail behind. Rooms are clean. Good price.
