We always stay here when we're either going to FL or returning back. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Room was nice. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom could use some improvements, especially shower/bathtub.

The Wingate in Macon is a great hotel. The experience from check in to check out is something you would expect at a much more expensive hotel. The happy hour is a great touch too. I would highly recommend staying at the Wingate. Trish and Carla were very professional and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The little things they do for their customers really made my stay more personable. I will definitely stay here again when in Macon.
