This place looks nice from the outside but a lot of coach tours stop here for the night. The rooms are very dated, however, I did have a great sleep. The rooms are clean. Rooms are spread across several buildings. Ours was a long walk from Reception, very dated and in need of refurbishing. Service at dinner was extremely slow. There did not seem to be sufficient staff to deal with the coach parties. Would not stay here again.

Although the staff was very friendly, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends. It is relatively expensive for what if offers, that is, the rooms are dated and badly isoltated. The latter makes sure that you hear your neighbours and people in the hallway (including late arriving groups) very well.

Sure it's getting old and the accommodation wing is not your modern five star hotel. It's a country hotel in a small town after all. We slept well, the room was warm.
