I want to thank every staff for the service and efforts they've put it to make our stay very pleasant. The facilities as described, the restaurant exquisite, the service great. Thank you all and look forward to our next stay. More

Stayed one night - arrived in pouring rain but gave a nice atmosphere. Check in staff were friendly and helpful - drove us to our tent in a buggy. There was a problem with the toilet in our original tent but were moved to another fairly quickly. Beautiful outlook over, surprisingly, paperbark trees - able to roll up/down flaps for... More

Our travel agent always comes up with something quirky and in November last year booked us this deluxe tent experience. You are almost at one with nature but have your mod cons of a decent bathroom albeit open air. Wonderful to shower and look over the wooden surround of the bathroom to the surrounding camp. You need to ensure you... More

The positives; absolutely lovely staff, the Gunyah restaurant is awesome, both for dinner and breakfast, and the camp is in a gorgeous bushland setting. However, despite the above, we had a very uncomfortable nights stay here. We paid over $300 for the nights stay and expected a certain level of comfort but what greeted us was a tent full of... More

I can't honestly say I went camping, or even glamping for that matter. Not when you are reading your favourite novel in a claw bath while surrounded by the Australian bush, there's even a bench to rest your glass of red wine. If you are looking for a romantic escape, about 3 hours drive from Sydney in unique accomodation, this... More

My husband and I spent two nights in a Deluxe Safari tent on a short break from work, and I can't think of a better place to recharge your batteries. It combines all the relaxing aspects of camping, without any of the discomfort. It was delightful at night to lie in a luxuriously comfortable bed with only some netting separating... More

We had one of two deluxe tents and the place screams quite... but unfortunately their rule that children under ten were not permitted was ignored... we had kids running around the tents screaming and their parents drinking on their tent steps like it was some pub- really loud- terrible. I complained and we were offered a move to a crappy... More

We stayed at Paperbark camp for 2 nights ove the weekend. We love camping and this seemed like a novel idea. Our tent was as expected and the ourdoor bathroom was hillarious! It was really comfortable and we really appreciated the bug spray and candles provided! We ate in the restaurant on Friday evening. We felt that it was a... More

Stayed here for the first night of our Sydney to Melbourne Coastal Drive of which we did over 6 nights stopping in a new place each day. First of all I would highly recommend this tourist drive, it is a great way to see more of Australia than the usual cities and landmarks. We stayed in a Deluxe Safari Tent... More

Have quite mixed feelings about our stay at Paperbark - some really positive thoughts but also some moments that were not brilliant. Starting with the positive thoughts - it is a perfect get away from it space. Really relaxing sitting on our deck, and watching birds. Lying in bed listening to the bird calls, was lovely. We didn't use the... More
