Great location overlooking harbour and mouth of icefjord. We had a 'superior' room which was nice but a bit small. Shower in bathroom did not have door so had to watch where water went. Nicest, cleanest hotel in Ilulissat (and Greenland, from the 3 towns we visited and stayed in). It's a mile or so from town, which is good since you won't be kept awake by barking/howling dogs that are in town, but also bad since you are a bit removed from what little action the town does offer.
