Hotel very clean and staff friendly. Apparently cheaply constructed as we could hear guests in rooms around ours. Early morning clean staff ran sweeper in hall sounded like it was in the room, very disturbing. Also not nearly enough seating in the breakfast area for hotel capacity. With a decent breakfast included, the price was very fair. Nice sized indoor pool with indoor and outdoor seating. Good service, clean, attractive and sound nights sleep. Parking a bit slim - had to use handicapped slot - parking on street prohibited.

This is more of an overpriced motel than a standard hotel. I can only assume that this holiday inn gets away with the low standards is because keystone is a major tourist spot and they will always have buisness. Everything about our stay at this Holiday Inn Express was wonderful. The lobby is uniquely decorated to fit in with the beautiful natural surroundings if this beautiful mountainous area.
