What a wonderful way to begin a visit to Mt. Ranier National Park. Well located a few miles before the west entrance of the park, this B&B is situated on a beautifully manicured property with garden paths and streams throughout. Our hosts, Harry and Michelle Latimer, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at their home. Our room,... More

Harry and Michelle, Thank your for the soulful time we spent with you. You are special folks with a commitment to detail and honor that is rarely found in this service. We had a delightful time and were regenerated when we left. If anyone wants to review the ultimate John Muir experience, this is the place to stay. Harry has... More

We stayed this past weekend and were greeted by wonderful innkeepers, "Harry and Michelle in their lovely home." They made you feel welcome right when you walked in the door. It was like you were finally home. We were truly impressed by the John Muir collection that they have displayed throughout their home and the wonderful collection of rocks from... More

My husband and I were invited to a wedding near Mount Ranier National Park, and we decided to make it a weekend get-away. A month before the wedding I felt lucky to find a vacancy at Mountain Meadows. It was not on the bride's list of recommended lodging-now I know why. Two days before the wedding I realized that I... We stayed two nights in the main house. The location is a bit dark and gloomy but the rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. The impression was the hostess works hard on her own to keep up but the place is aging. They have a separate section that looks a bit more modern. More

Staying at Mountain Meadows B&B was exceptional. Our room was clean, warm and comfortable as well as spacious. Harry and Michelle are wonderful gracious hosts/people. We stayed for three nights. Each morning we awoke well rested and was greeted to an incredibly delicious gormet breakfast. Harry and Michelle helped us with information, tips and directions on the Mt. Rainier/St. Helens... This B&B was a respite for us on vacation. While my partner Judy is retired, her health issues are stressful. And I, still working as an Operating Room RN in a very busy hospital, am bombarded each and every work day with stress. The hospitality of Michelle and Harry at Mtn Meadows was outstanding. Our interactions with them at breakfast,... More

Our visit was totally unplanned, and fortunately we found a vacant room, which was good for us as this seems a very popular stop-over. There we were driving along SR 706 and this little oasis appeared, at just the right moment, and we were lucky because it seems to be a popular.. It is not just about where and how... More
