Stayed over New Year and couldn't fault our stay in any way. The room was clean and well equipped. We asked for recommendations for eating out and were directed to St Mawes which is around 5 miles away. Try the Rising Sun pub. Lovely food and reasonably priced. You'd need a car as there's not much other than countryside within walking distance although Portscatho and St Mawes which are both gorgeous little places are nearby. The owner / manager does not fuss around you but just lets you get on with it, which I prefer. The room we stayed in... More
