Just returned after a week at the Artemisia Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Great value for money, larger than average rooms which were kept clean at all times. 4th visit to Artemisia Hotel in Ovacik and again the thing that made our holiday was not only the beautiful views and the fantastic pool but more importantly THE STAFF. The owner for this hotel is very rude and arrogant. DO NOT stay at this hotel. There are other decent hotels in Ovacik e.g. St. Nicholas. These are some of the lowlights for this hotel :- - The hotel does not allow you to take any water into your rooms. You have to buy from the hotel at extortionate rates.... more

We stayed in the Artemisia in early sept this year and could find no fault with it. The rooms were very clean and tidy and had everything we needed.The views from the room and from the bar /pool were fantastic and as the temperatures were in the early 40's at one point the breeze coming up fom the surrounding mountains... more

stayed for 2weeks, everything was fine with the staff. like other reviews rooms are very clean bar staff brill would go back. you could have problems with the hill up to the hotel. it was very hot so we never walked up allways got taxi. more
