“Let down by poor service”

For a hotel the service was a major let down, bordering on non-existent. The reception is not staffed 24 hours a day. This could have been a problem as the bar staff member who checked us in didn't tell us that the room key card also opened the entrance when it was locked. the guys were super nice, they were helpful and friendly! we went there without knowing the hotel and the town but everything was perfect.the room are small but modern and nice. More

We needed a cheap place to stay for 3 nights in this particular area of Denia. Very pleaseed when we got there, the rooms are all new and decorated nicely. The rooms are small but are very clean and were better than we expected for the price. Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment, but the bar prices were very good... More
