The cabin is indeed primative. The bedding is not 4 Seasons. The place is owned by the National Forest Service for goodness sakes. There's NO television. Radio is spotty at best. Forget the cell phone, it don't work. I absolutely hate the place so much that I'm going back for the 8th time in October. I can't wait...... More

It was so depressing to stay here at Sycamore cabin. Not the idyllic, bucolic setting I expected from the website's description. No decor, the furniture inside was so bad we used our camping chairs indoors and outdoors. The beds were scary dirty and also squeeky. I guess it's a step up from camping since there is a bathroom, tub shower,... More
