We booked a room here to get out of the Boston area upon arriving by plane to begin our New England trip. The price was reasonable, the staff friendly and helpful, the room quite clean and comfy. The hotel is older, but well maintained. It is just minutes from downtown Concord and all the historic sites there. It was a... More

This is a great choice for business or pleasure. Efficient check in, Clean rooms, quiet. Outdoor pool (we didn't use since it was winter). Great towels and linens. Fast and free wi-fi. I left my robe there and they happily and quickly found and shipped back to me on the same day. Close to town and a great restaurant next... More

This hotel is super. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was immaculate and was maintained that way the whole stay. Bed was comfortable w/4 pillows and a great idea (all the light switches were next to the bed). The breakfast was huge and the staff in that room were so friendly. Great restaurant right thru the parking... More

Since power was out 5 days during Hurricane Irene, we rushed to make reservations when our power went out during the blizzard. We were fortunate to have planned ahead. The Best Western was completely sold out and turning people away. In spite of mass chaos and dozens of refugees swarming into the lobby, staff remained calm, friendly and helpful. Despite... More

Since my trip plans were last minute, all the B&Bs and Inns were booked but luckily I found a room at the Best Western in Concord. I had hoped to find something in town for our one night stay and this hotel is just a couple of minutes away by car so went with this because of the favorable reviews... More

The Best Western at historic Concord Mass was a very late booking for my wife and myself. The hotel was clean, comfortable, supplied an excellent buffet breakfast, including hot food, all included in the room price and we were greeted at reception by two estremely friendly and knowledgeable ladies. They were a creit to the hotel. An excellent hotel, conveniently... More

Newly updated rooms with all the amenities. Great breakfast. Not within walking distance to downtown Concord, but next to a very nice Italian Restaurant (Pappa Razzi). Parking in Concord is easy, behind the Visitor's Center (free) More

Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. This motel puts on possibly the largest and best free hot breakfast that I have seen. It is truly outstanding. The only negative is the breakfast room is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Makes it hard for some folks to get upstairs. The motel staff does offer to bring... More

I stayed here on a recent return trip to Concord, and found it much the same as a few years ago. Still clean, comfortable, with a friendly and helpful staff and substantial breakfast, and the location is convenient to all the historical, literary, and natural sites in the Concord area, as well as an easy drive into Boston and its... Stayed here for 2 nights while touring Concord/Lexington area and am so glad we did! the front desk was friendly and ready with directions and maps. The breakfast was quite good and a lovely woman named Helen who was tending the breakfast room even let us stay a little later there while she was cleaning up. Our request for more... More
