Our family was exposed to the smell of marijuana in our room. Hotel staff was made aware of situation, but nothing was done. We finally had to go to the front desk (2x) in order to get a new room. The room that we were given was not comparable to our original room.

Loved this hotel. Front desk was so helpful recommending some fantastic places to eat and sites to see. Rooms were very clean and beds comfy. If you stay at this location you absolutely must eat at Tends Montana Grill. It is right across the street and so yummy

Hotel staff was so accommodating, held our luggage on two occasions, also checked us into a room as soon as possible even though we were very early. The Hampton Inn, downtown Atlanta provided us a comfortable, accommodating stay. We enjoyed an efficient, courteous check-in, location convenient to our activity, heavenly bed and pillows, and nice breakfast bar. Every staff person we encountered was polite and helpful. This place knows the meaning of hospitality. I look forward to staying here again.

Staff was uncaring upon check in.. It was Super late and they made us wait until night audit was over to get us checkin in at 1 am. The Hotel location was cool.. The room was a little old.. but the amenties are always nice at the hamptons and they all have new sleek designs!
