Great location. Super clean and nice facilities. And every single staff member, from maintenance to parking attendants, was incredibly nice, warm and welcoming. I never would have expected such a great place. The pool area is very nice. Fitness Center is first rate. Super hotel.

Very nice hotel, downtown Atlanta. close to the aquarium. Sheraton is Sheraton, great pool with retractable roof, nice bar, good breakfast (though pricy). They do have a green program where you can indicate you don't need new sheets and towels, though apparently they also mean by that your room is not serviced, so be sure that's what yo want before... Standard hotel of its type for business; room clean and reasonable if a little small. However, staff were really excellent throughout the hotel, from reception through to the guys doing the electrics for meeting rooms and everyone in between. Not often you find such good service at every single layer in the organisation. Well done!

Your staff at this location has been the friendliest, most courteous, and full of smiles. One employee in particular stands out, Jerrett Maddox. He helped me find my way around and off the elevator, the correct floor! Just a very humble and polite individual. What an asset to your hotel!
