I stayed here last weekend. Great location, easy access in and off interstates, spacious rooms, friendly staff, the only issue I had was the room itself had a bit if a mildew smell like the carpet was maybe wet and did not dry properly

I would like to commend Havolyn, the lovely and gracious hostess of the Executive Lounge. It was always a pleasure to hang out with her after a long day. She is clearly an asset to the wonderful Crown Plaza Atlanta.

I received my degree in Hospitality Management from Florida State University and although I no longer work in the industry, I'm extremely discriminate when it comes to recognizing exceptional customer service and hospitality. Stayed over for a weekend on business. Only about 8 minutes to and from airport on free shuttle. Room clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Stuff was very friendly, I would definitely stay here again. We stayed only one night during the event in Atlanta. Hotel gave us the group rate and made us feel like at home :) Thank you !!

The staff of the hotel and especially Benton's Grill were extremely courteous and friendly. They knew how to properly serve, refill and pay attention to guest's needs. George, the manager of the grill, was willing to create any type of dinner to suit my taste. Alicia, my server, was prompt, and very easy to talk to . Bravo Benton's Grill!!!
