My review title pretty much sums up my review... I was given a room on the top floor (the "Priority Club" floor) which is ostensibly a privilege, only to discover the room was TINY. The building feels old and tired. On the flip side, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The front desk manager, Vira, and her staff were beyond helpful in locating and returning an item that I left in the room. Exceptional service after the guest has paid and left is truly appreciated. The location of the hotel was very convenient for our plans in downtown Atlanta - clean rooms that had been updated nicely.

Great hotel and location for the price in downtown Atlanta. Staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean. Hotel breakfast buffet was very good. Location is great to access Philips Arena, CNN center, Congress Center, Aquarium, and Centennial Park.

Close to park, convention center, aquarium, etc. Lots of food & fun within walking (or short taxi) distance. Rooms are small, some have been upgraded but they still feel outdated. Good service at front desk, bar, and valet. Overall, it's pretty fair for the price - not luxury but ok for a few nights.

Excelent location. The front desk commited several mistakes when I checked in, like sending us to rooms that were still occupied, but after it the service was correct and friendly. My room had a nice view of tke Centennial Park and the Aquarium.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. This is a great location in the middle of all of the downtown attractions. The room was great and the staff was friendly. Tracy was very friendly and is a great asset to the hotel.
