This is a hotel that delivers what it has promised, friendly personal service, wonderful food and convenient location for a visit to Ronda without staying in the centre of the town. The tasting menu was very good, definitely worth another visit. More

A delightful family-run, country house hotel. Sensitively developed from an old mill, we selected the Molino del Santo because it is on the edge of the lovely Grazelema natural park - some great walks from the hotel itself - and gives easy access to Ronda. You can even make a day trip by the train which chugs through the valley.... More

We stayed two nights on October 2011 and dined in the restaurant both nights. The food and wines were top class, especially the taster menu. The breakfasts also very good (owners are English!) The location is good for walkers and bird watchers, but there is not a lot else locally, a trip to Ronda being the best excursion. More
