Yes this is true..................everwhere in this hotel was extremely cold. We were in a superior room and the heating blew cold air (max 12 degrees). We were given a portible heater. All the soft furnishing including matteresses, pillows, sheets, bed spreads, blankets and towels all need renewing.....like yesturday! Oh yes coat hangers there were none!! Just back from 2 weeks at the San Pawl. Can only say we had a great stay there. Rooms cleaned every day , clean towels & bedding. Food and staff excellent.
