Nasty just nasty. The rooms are filthy and they smell bad. There was hair on my towel in the bathroom and crumbs all over the floor. The air conditioner is so loud I cannot sleep. I work for a tour operator and I would never book this hotel. There is budget and there is nasty. This hotel is nasty.

First time here as we were in Richmond overnight to watch our daughter's rugby game and visit the botanic garden in Spring. Easy check in, nice comfortable room and bed. I also liked the omelet bar for breakfast-a nice touch. The firepit and pool in the center area are also very nice. Excellent place to live in with great deal.

We were at this hotel for the NASCAR event for a couple of nights. Great hotel for the price we paid. We only booked three days before the event. Nice bar and hot breakfast buffet. Coming back in September for the races! What a deal for a full service hotel!

Would not recommend this place for any function that has to be served food and has to have rooms setup.
