This is my 2nd week staying here, and this place is horrible. My first week they informed us that the towels that we have are all that we get which consist of 2 washcloths and 3 towels, housekeeping comes ONCE a week and does nothing but empty the trash and vacuum the 2 foot of carpet. Would not recommend staying at InTown Suites if they are anything like the one in Richmond, VA. There advertisement states “Fully Furnished Efficiencies, Complete Kitchens, Free High-speed Internet, Premium TV Lineup, Guest Laundry Facility, Weekly Housekeeping, Included Utilities, Low Weekly Rates, No Lease Required, Free Local Calls.” I am not quite sure what they consider fully furnished. Stayed two nights to see my grandkids and my sick daughter. Clean but basic. None of the fringe benefits at higher priced hotels. Bring your coffee and filters. Kitchen well equipped otherwise. They were cleaning the carpets when I was there. Sheets changed I believe once weekly. Cable TV. A nice place to stay if you are only looking for... more
