We had a lovely big room, and the bathroom was large as well. Receptionist was useless, no local knowledge whatsoever, luckily the concierge returned to her post, she was excellent.Hotel in a really nice location, would definitely stay here again

We stopped here on our way back from Charleston. A very nice hotel with a great staff and close to wonderful restaurants. From the valet to the front desk to the housekeeping, all were very courteous and helpful. The staff has definitely been trained well in customer service.
