I stayed for the Second Time at the Baymont Inn and Suites @ 7201 W. Broad St. in Richmond Virginia. The reason I came back is because of the Service, Cleanliness, Location, and Price. If you are traveling and want an excellent value...I highly recommend this hotel. It's centrally located, and has all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is better... more

I was expecting a whole lot when i booked the room. It was a last minute trip and i wasn't too particular. The staff was nice and quick to please. The rooms were clean and the sheets fresh. more

This hotel is now a Baymont Inn since the end of April 2008. The lobby seemed nice enough for the price, but the room we were given hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. There was still a cup of soda in the refrigerator, a face print on the window, and the chairs were stained. The toilet ran constantly, and someone had attempted... more
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us as much as you could have! I wanted to let you know that the new owners have held the housekeepers and maintenance staff more accountable. They've undergone training on the way things should be done and things have definitely looked up since then. We also re-wired every building...
