I experienced no problems at this hotel , its a fair distance from the centre of Richmond. The room was OK , everything worked ! If you need somewhere to stay this is a good value stop. I made a huge mistake by staying at this hotel on the September 23rd weekend. The hotel seems to be under some sort of post Hurricane Irene repair. Be aware that this hotel will double charge your credit card or debit card at the time of check in. Because I used a debit card, I was charge for 2 nights instead of one night. I would say this is a standard hotel for this price range. The room was clean. It had a small refrigerator, that did not work due to a problem with the plug, a coffee machine and a tv with remote. The hoytel is quite far out of Richmond.It doesn't have a bar or restaurant,but offers free continental breakfast.There's a TGI's across the car park and offers 20% discount for guests at the hotel.The rooms were good and spacious and the beds very comfy.There was a coffee machine and a fridge to use.The bathroom was spacious,with toiletries and good towels.
