I am in this area on business several times per year and had been staying a few exits south at the Billerica Courtyard. After a few disappointing stays, I decided to give this one a try. I am SO glad I did! This is a small hotel with excellent service. The front desk is attentive and accommodating, housekeeping is superb... More

I spent two nights at this hotel, January 3-4, 2012. This Courtyard is one of the quietest hotels I've stayed in. No road noise + the heating/cooling system was ultra quiet. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. There is a Chili's and Outback about .03 miles away. I mention the customer support because I left... More

Stayed one night on business. Wish this courtyard had been updated with the newer bistro setting. No dinner available, didn't want to go out. Bed was comfy, pillows good, but the rooms could use some sound proofing. You could hear everything through the older doors. Overall not a bad stay, just prefer the newer updated courtyards More

We spent 2 nights over Labor Day weekend. We wanted to visit Boston and many other properties were sold out or extremely expensive. We've usually had good luck with Courtyards and this looked like a good bet; we weren't disappointed. The room was very clean and we actually slept better than we do at home. It was about a 40... My husband and I stayed here 1 night. The rooms were clean and the staff was very pleasant. We didn't use any of the amenities because we didn't stay very long. We had a view of the outdoor pool and it seemed nice. More

We recently stayed here while finding an apartment in Boston for my daughter. WeI really liked this hotel. The staff and in particular, the manager, was very accomodating going the extra mile to help us. I would stay there again More

The staff was very helpful after our car was broken into but the losses were too much to allow us to stay in or around Lowell again. More

We stayed at this hotel one night during a visit to the Lowell National Historic Park. The rooms are very small, but adequate for a short stay. It's located within 10 minutes of downtown Lowell and an easy on/off the highway, but it's situated in a high density area of big box stores and chains, e.g. Lowe's, fast food jooints.... More

First - if you have mobility issues, think twice. I was traveling with a broken leg. I called ahead to request a shower chair and was told they had no such thing - only fully handicapped-accessible rooms. Those are often very inconvenient for people not in wheelchairs. Access to the restaurant is down stairs - there is a ramp, but... More

The service at this hotel can't be beat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall atmosphere and decor was very polished. Guest rooms were a bit tight, but beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spotless! More
