Customer service here must be questioned. Unforeseen circumstances (death in our family) required an early cancellation. The hotel did not recognize this as an extreme circumstance and charged us the full amount of the booking - not one night, but 7 nights!! Very unreasonable an unfortunate. If you stay here, I hope that nothing extraordinary occurs during your stay. more
