Terrific bed and breakfast with a friendly welcome and magnificent views of Lough Derg from the breakfast room. The bedroom was tastefully furnished and very quiet and peaceful at night. The Proprietor Vera was extremely helpful and even gave me a lift to the next town - Thank you!

We loved staying at Sunrise Bed and Breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfasts delicious in the lovely sunroom, and Vera's hospitality was so warm and welcoming. The inn is a very short and lovely walk from town. If we are ever able to return to Ireland, we will definitely stay here again.

Dont normally use b+b's,prefer hotels,but all booked out bank holiday weekend. I arrived late at night (9.45pm) and was warmly welcomed by Vera. The house (& observatory where breakfast is served) has a magnificent view of the surrounding country. The rooms and house are immaculately clean and well equipped with everything one could need. The lounge room is comfortable and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic as well and beautifully presented.
