Several of the previous reviewer were correct. Hotel is located next to a mall which may be a plus for some but also located next to a busy highway with lots of traffic noise. I liked this hotel. The location is right next to the mall for some on the road shopping and good eating spots. The lobby is clean, elevator works, room was clean, but I didn't get a cloud nine bed? Very pleased over all with hotel very clean,safe, quiet and close to Omaha best shoping at Westroads and some of the best places to eat in Omaha(cheese cake factory)and many others close by.
