This was my first time staying at this property or any Hampton property. Location was handy to the places I needed to go. Very good accommodations, good breakfast, would recommend to anyone with reasonable expectations.

The Hampton Inn at lakeside is a great hotel. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and easy to get to. The rooms were very clean, the staff was great with any question we had. The Complimentary breakfast was great as well.

I was welcomed by two of the most charming young women behind the desk. They were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, neat and well organized. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was hardly the "fruit and juice you find at some many places.

We have probably stayed in at least 100 different Hampton Inn's around North America and I would place this one in the top 20 percent. A pretty typical Hampton Inn in design and layout if you're familiar. If not, I can tell you this one was clean, comfortable beds, good gym, good hot breakfast and friendly hosts can be expected.... The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. Since the hotel is tucked away behind some business, it was a little hard to get to. This Hampton is very close to shopping. I would guess that this is the best place to stay if you are going to be spending time in West Omaha.
