We stayed here on February 4th. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The decor through out is extremely modern, but tasteful. The staff at the counter was very helpful. The night we stayed was a huge snowstorm, and the valet staff was helping direct people around since you couldn't read the signs outside for where to park, etc. I would absolutely... More

I rely on Hilton Omaha for giving me an experience I can walk away from with a smile on my face. It has become my "Go To" Hotel for staycations here in Omaha. January 13th was my husbands (50+) birthday. I opted to go all out and get a suite. To help my husband enjoy his B'day, I sent a... More

I attended a meeting and banquet last weekend. The food was served family style. First the chicken, then the potatoes and gravy, then the vegetable and muffin. None of the food was hot and the service was poor. I finally got a hot cup of coffee but was never offered a refill. The apple cobbler was warm and served with... More

As a Hilton Diamond member I stay at many different Hilton properties throughout the USA. This one, however is by far the nicest one I have stayed at. Exquisite lobby, well apointed rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is the best I have had. More

So I understand their remodel is costing 60 million dollars and I will say the rooms an the public areas look very nice. They still charge guests for parking (very small parking garage) which you have to share with Quest Center attendees and the parking garage is open to the publice. 2 years ago i choose to not stay here... Visiting Omaha for business during the winter, I'm always a bit inspired by the Hilton. It's bright, refreshing and modern decor can make you forget how grey and cold the weather is outside. Plus, the staff beam smiles and go out of their way to help you from check-in, advice on where to go, and a free shuttle service to... More

This Hilton greatly exceeded my expectations. This was much higher quality then your usual Hilton hotel which is why I have to give it 5 stars even though it isn't quite up in the top notch category. The lobby is huge and spacious. There is a starbucks coffee shop and a pretty big restaurant and bar. The bar was also... More

On Nov. 19 we stayed on the Executive level of the Omaha Hilton. I had called the hotel twice before we arrived, and was told about the complimentary Manager's reception for Executive level guests. What staff forgot to mention was the charge for alcoholic drinks. I would highly recommend that future guests determine in advance whether they want to pay... More

Thank you for your valuable feedback of our Executive Lounge. We apologize for the miscommunication about the evening manager reception. We love each of our many stays at the Hilton downtown Omaha. It has an enclosed walkway directly to the Cenury Link Convention Center and arena, so it has a very lively atmosphere before concerts and shows. The decor is relaxing and modern.
