All the staff were excellent, they provided the level of care service that only normally comes at 5 star prices.We were staying there with our two small dogs and this proved to be no problem .A true pleasure to stay there. More

Staff couldn't have been more helpful and the hotel is a good 3 star standard. Perhaps not the most beautiful of locations but there are plenty of places nearby in which you can have a drink and find good food (just as well as there is no restaurant in the hotel). More

My son and I stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff were very helpful even though we reached quite late. They directed us to a very nice Italian place for dinner. Only thing is that though Mercure has upped its price its still a very basic hotel. More

Wonderfully clean and well kept hotel - excellent location near the city centre- walking distance to very nice dining establishments. No disturbance felt despite the fact that the our room faced the railway lines. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended. More

small rooms, beds are not great and the noise of the passing trains is terrible if you have a room on street side. however its clean and enough for a night. More
