This location is great - very walkable for both business and going out to dinner, or to see local attractions. The lobby is nothing to write home about, so don't expect a hopping social scene or anything. The hotel itself is quite impeccable - from linens to cleanliness. A plush bed and lots of pillows make it comfy. Check-in was... more

Great hotel. Food was very good. Really cool decor throughout the hotel. Close to many restaurants and sites. Friendly and efficient staff. Wireless connections all over the place. I had free internet b/c of guest status with Hyatt. more

I stayed here for three days in the middle of November and enjoyed every moment. My room was one of the corner suites and I'm sure the view of the mountains would have been great if it hadn't rained the entire time (not that I expected anything else from Seattle in November!). The suite consists of two rooms and you... more

I stayed here for 5 nights in September 2009 during a business trip/conference, and I must say that it is a beautiful hotel! The bathrooms were to die for -- very spacious with a glass shower and a huge soaking tub. All of the bathroom amenities were top notch...thick towels, fragrant soap/shampoos, a plush robe...no detail was overlooked. I had... more

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 3 nights during a business/leisure trip. Its proximity to shops is unbeatable. I; however, find that Seattle has better hotels for me and therefore I may never stay at Hyatt again. Its lack of proper lobby and lounge is something you will notice as soon as you arrive. If you want to have... more

The room was beautiful, our dinner at Urbane was perfect. The next morning, after a beautiful walk to the market, I dressed for a family wedding, putting on an heirloom ring. After checking out, I noticed my ring had slipped off my finger and was no where to be found. Pressed for time, I told the desk staff, who were... more

When we first pulled up, the valet was ready to take your bags and the car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful. We had a corner room with beautiful views. Ruth Chris is located in the hotel. Fantastic food and we had a fantastic waiter. The hotel was spotless, the room was spotless and it... more

This was a beautiful hotel. We checked in late one night and all staff were fantastic. We had a great view of the Space Needle from our room which was fun, but the blackouts blinds and totally sound proof room really made the difference. The location is great; it is a short walk from everything. The room was incredible, everything... more

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in June - I made a three-day stop in Seattle during a cross country trip. Needless to say, the Grand Hyatt was one of the nicest hotels I experienced during my trip. The staff was GREAT, and the room, very clean and modern, had a great view. The bathrooms were very spacious and stylish.... more

I am surprised to see so many rave reviews here because although service is good and the rooms are high quality, the hotel lacks any character or flare and during a 12 day stay that was something I really noticed. The lobby is gloomy, the business centre is in a room as big as a cupboard. The bar is out... more
